This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 1, 2016.

FIRE PLANNING provides this Privacy Policy to inform all customers of its Blazemark® SaaS offering (“Service”) and their personnel (collectively “Customers”) of its policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in electronic, tangible and other forms from or through the Fire Planning website available at https://blazemark.com (the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy applies to the information that we collect or receive from Customers of the Service.

CONSENT

By using our Service, and/or corresponding or interacting with us about your use of the Service as a Customer, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Service, or continued interaction with us (in correspondence, phone calls, website visits), after we have notified you of a material change in our Privacy Policy in accordance with the Change of the Privacy Policy Section will be deemed an acceptance of these new terms.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW

Fire Planning collects information that identifies an individual or that may allow identifying an individual ("Personal Information") in a variety of ways:

From all Customers -- We receive and store any personal information that a Customer enters on our Site or may give us in any other way. For example when you fill out a form to ask for information, you may be requested to provide your first and last name, telephone number, postal and email addresses.

You can choose not to provide personal information to us. However, if you wish to obtain access to certain content, ask us a question or request a demo, you must provide contact information or other personal information, as appropriate, and as indicated in the relevant form.

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to ensure the safe, secure, and smooth operation of the Service. We will not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal data that occurs through no fault of Fire Planning including, but not limited to, errors in transmission, access to your account by anyone, uses of your user ID and password by a third party, your failure to comply with your security obligations, and the unauthorized acts of Fire Planning's employees.

Your information may be transferred, stored, maintained, and processed in the United States or in other countries where we have facilities or where we have engaged a service provider. This storage, maintenance or processing will be performed under privacy and security laws and standards that may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
